You always know where things are
A short written update every Friday and a demo each week against a real environment. Calls get scheduled rather than dropped on you. We reply within one business day.
We're a development studio based in Mohali, India, built on four years of production engineering — mostly Java and Spring Boot on the back end with React in front, across three industries that could not be less alike: telecom 5G infrastructure, HR technology, and e-commerce. You'll work directly with Karan Singh, who leads every project we take on.
What those had in common is that the code had to survive contact with reality — real users, real data volumes, real vendors with their own opinions. That's shaped how we work more than any framework has. We measure before we propose. When something is slow, we profile it and show you the actual cause rather than guessing at a rewrite. When something needs building, we scope it in writing before either of us commits.
Hiring outside help usually means either a specialist who needs three other people around them, or a generalist who's shallow everywhere. We aim for the useful middle: deep enough on the backend to debug a production incident at the JVM level, broad enough to build and ship the interface on top of it, and honest enough to tell you when a project needs someone else.

We work in your repository, under your account, following your conventions. Happy to sign your NDA and work under your contract rather than ours.
If your project is frontend-heavy with intricate design work, or needs native mobile, we'll say so and suggest pairing us with a specialist instead of overselling you.
On fixed-price milestones, an overrun caused by our estimate is ours to absorb. If scope genuinely changes, we flag it with the cost impact before doing the work.
Everything here is something we've used on shipped production work. We'd rather tell you honestly where we're strong than claim the whole ecosystem.
You do, fully, from the first commit. We work in your repository under your account. We're happy to sign your NDA and work under your contract rather than ours, and to assign IP on payment.
That's most of what we do — every role we've held has been inside an existing enterprise codebase with its own conventions. We follow yours rather than importing our own, join your standups, and use your review process. We won't push for a rewrite unless the measurements support one; on our last migration they did, and we have the before-and-after profiles to show it.
Yes — that's the normal starting point, and honestly a better one than a fifty-page spec written before anyone knew what they wanted. On the call we'll ask about who uses it, what it has to do on day one, and what can wait. You'll get a written scope back that turns the idea into something we can both price and plan.
We build React frontends and the Spring Boot services behind them, so we can take a web application end to end without a hand-off. Our depth is on the backend — that's where four years of production work sits. If your project is frontend-heavy with intricate design work, we'll say so and suggest pairing us with a specialist. We don't do native mobile.
Mohali, India, on IST (UTC+5:30) — solid overlap with European teams and US East Coast mornings. Async by default: Slack or your tool of choice, a written update every Friday, calls scheduled rather than dropped on you. We reply within one business day, and work in English and Hindi.
On fixed-price milestones, an overrun caused by our estimate is ours to absorb. If the scope genuinely changes — new requirements, or a dependency that turned out different from its documentation — we'll flag it with the cost impact as soon as we see it, before doing the work.
Yes. Ask on the call and we'll arrange it. We can also walk through the architecture and trade-offs of any project on the work page in as much technical depth as you want — that conversation usually tells you more than a written case study does.
Thirty minutes, no obligation. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you that rather than take the work.
