Tell us what you want to build

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. A rough idea is a perfectly good starting point — so is a system that's misbehaving and nobody knows why. If we're not the right fit for it, we'll say so on the call.

Currently taking on new work

Book a call, or just email us.

The call is the fastest route — you'll leave it knowing whether this is worth doing, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. If you'd rather write first, that's fine too.

Before the call

What helps, and what doesn't matter

Nothing here is required. Bring what you have — the call works fine with none of it.

Useful

Who it's for, and what it must do

Even a sentence. “A booking tool for my twelve staff, instead of a spreadsheet” tells us more than a feature list does.

Useful

Any deadline that's real

A launch, a funding round, a contract renewal. Real deadlines change the plan; invented ones just make it more expensive.

Useful

If something exists already

Repository access, a staging URL, an error message, or a screenshot. For a performance problem, when it started and what changed around then.

Not needed

A specification or a budget figure

You don't need to have decided the tech, written requirements, or picked a number. Working that out is what the call and the written scope are for.

Timing

Working across time zones

We're on IST (UTC+5:30). That gives a comfortable overlap with European teams through their morning and afternoon, and covers US East Coast mornings. Australian and US West Coast clients — we make it work with a fixed weekly call and everything else async.

Async is the default either way: a written update every Friday, decisions in writing rather than in someone's memory of a call, and a reply from us within one business day.
